I just installed a new server 2012 r2 box and transferred all my clients over to it using group policy. Virtual Hottie 2 2.03 Rapidshare there. It through me for a loop at first because Microsoft changed the default port in server 2012 for wsus. I eventually had the computers start appearing on my list and everything appeared to be good. But once new updates were released, the clients would see that they had an update available, but the client is unable to download them. The odd thing is that the wsus server cannot even update itself. Free Dreambox 500s Image Download Free Software 2017 there. It receives the same error as the client.
If i search online for updates and install them, everything works just fine. For some reason the clients do not want to download from WSUS.

Download files when available One of the first things that I recommend doing is configuring WSUS to download patches as soon as they are available, not when they are approved. Normally, patches are not downloaded until you approve them. The problem with that is that as soon as patches are approved, computers try to install them. If the patch has not yet been downloaded though, the update process has to stop and wait for the patch to be downloaded. This whole process can be made more efficient by downloading files as soon as they become available. To change the download option: • Open the WSUS Admin console and click the Options button in the upper left corner of the screen. • When the Options screen appears, click the Synchronization Options link • Scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen and click the Advanced button.
